Our defining project focuses on creating a timeless washroom design that seamlessly blends classic aesthetics with contemporary functionality, incorporating elegant fixtures and neutral tones for a sophisticated and enduring appeal.

In our current designing project, we're crafting a minimalist washroom design, emphasizing clean lines, neutral tones, and efficient storage solutions to achieve a functional yet aesthetically pleasing space.

Development
In our development phase, we're revolutionizing washroom design with a sustainable approach, integrating water-saving technologies, recycled materials, and energy-efficient solutions to promote eco-conscious living without compromising on style.
Total Time Period
The estimated time period to complete the project, including handover, is 21 days from the commencement of construction work. Terms and Conditions Applied.
Payment Terms
The total project cost will be determined based on the final selections of materials and fixtures. Payment shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:
Phase 1: Dismantling Stage (20%):
Due upon booking of the project. Dismantling work will commence upon receipt of payment.
Phase 2: Execution Stage (60%):
Due upon finalization of material and fixture selections. Purchase of materials and execution work will commence upon receipt of payment.
Phase 3: Installation Stage (20%):
Due prior to handover and commencement of installation.
Scope of Work:
The specific scope of work includes:
1. Demolition of existing bathroom fixtures and finishes down to the bare walls.
2. Replacement of all Galvanized Iron (GI) piping with PVC piping.
3. Concealment of electrical wiring within dedicated PVC conduits.
4. Plastering and painting of the bathroom walls and ceiling
5. Installation of new tiles, faucets, and other Bathroom Faucetry as per the agreed-upon selections.
6. Final cleaning and polishing of all surfaces.
